Tents

We custom make tents in standard size or to order... in any of our Polaris, Vapex tents have a zipper door, a window, and a silica stove jack. ALL our wall tents are designed for convenience and durability and include the following features:

• Full length ridge pole reinforcements with additional gable end reinforcements.
• Eaves are 4" and constructed of a double layer of fabric with a layer of vinyl sandwiched inside and 1/4" nylon rope sewn in gables and eves. Corners and peak are hand-swen in.
• Sod cloth (a strip of 10" heavy-duty vinyl) sewn around the bottom of the tent to provide a weather tight seal.
• Walls are a full 5 feet in height with a 9 foot ridge.
• Comes complete with ropes, rope tension adjusters, stakes, and a tent bag. Our 14 feet and 16 feet wide tents have 10' peaks.

Tents Fabrics

Treated Fabrics
Polaris Cloth
Polaris - This 50% cotton / 50% polyester fabric weights 11 oz. per square yard. It is treated to be water, mildew, amd flame resistant (meets CPAI-84 standard). Polaris cloth has a dry finish, excellent resistance, and cold temperature flexibility. This is an excellent fabric recommended for anyone who desires a durable, sturdy, flame resistant tent.

VAPEX FABRIC^TM
Vapex tent fabric is the replacement for evolution fabric. Vapex does comply with the flame-resistant requirements of CPAI-84 and has a rain impact rating of "storm resistant." Vapex is a "multi-layer laminate polypropylene; the outside spunbond layer provides strength and durability and the middle metblown layers provide a good balance of both moisture barrier water resistance, and breathability." This makes the best fabric for wall tents, light weight at 6.4 oz. per square yard.

Quick-n-Easy Frames

With our "Quick-n-Easy" tent frames one person can easily set up a tent wall in minutes. Our frames are color-coded and easy to assemble. Aluminum frames come with 2 pole bags and 1 fitting bag.

Quick-n-Easy Tent Frames use 1 3/8" aluminum tubing.
